Originally A Mad Tea-Party was meant to be a short story that I could finish in a reasonable amount of time. All my previous comics had begun as huge epics and, of course, I'd never finished them. This comic was to be the solution. Two and a half years later it is the longest comic I've ever done and it's still slightly less than half completed. The story is still pretty much how I envisioned it from the beginning- it's just taken a few more pages to tell it all than I first anticipated.
Part Three introduces a new main character, which I'm very excited about, as well as some new locations. The ending is sort of a big deal as well, I think. I'm hoping to fix a lot of the things I didn't like about the last chapter with this one.
I've got a lot of other stories I'm desperate to tell, but don't worry. I've come too far to let this one drop until it's finally done. Even if it takes me another three years.
